Different materials, equipment and users may lead to changes in product quality and even damage to molds. NEWSKY has set up special service personnel to help customers solve problems in stamping die and injection mould production in the first time.
Service Pledge
We are responsible for the confidentiality of customer stamping technology and business information, and can sign a confidentiality agreement at any time before send product drawing, and comply with the contents of the agreement. It is also our responsibility to provide customers with high quality and short delivery of stamping tools and injection molds and related products and solutions. In case of emergency, we can arrange engineers to provide local technical support services. At the same time, NEWSKY has established an office in Canada, which can provide timely service to customers in North America.
Duty of Confidentiality
We undertake not to hand over your stamping die and injection mould drawing and products information to any third party for use, and NEWSKY will not use your products for future production.
High Quality and Short Delivery
