Mould Manufactury Technology
NEWSKY achieves stamping tooling and die manufacturing quality control through unique prevention technologies, process control and measurement. NEWSKY Technologies utilizes state-of-the-art video measurement systems (X, Y & Z axis, programmable, motorized Smartscopes), coordinate measurement machines (CMM), optical comparators and a complete array of hand measurement equipment available in quality laboratories in each of our divisions. Additionally NEWSKY has the capability to perform force testing, texture analysis, hardness testing, contour analysis and has significant custom gage and fixture design experience.
