On August 12, 2025, NEWSKY successfully passed the first certification audit of the ITAF 16949:2016 quality management system for the year 2025. This indicates that NEWSKY has taken a solid step in establishing and operating a high-standard quality management system in the automotive industry, and also means that NEWSKY has obtained the “passport” to enter the global automotive supply chain system.
As one of the globally recognized top quality management system standards in the automotive industry, the annual supervision and audit of ITAF16949 certification not only comprehensively examines the effectiveness of an enterprise’s quality system operation, but also serves as an important benchmark for evaluating whether an enterprise continuously meets the entry qualifications of the international automotive supply chain. This audit was conducted by a senior audit team from the internationally authoritative certification institution TUV South Germany Certification Company. Through methods such as document review, on-site verification, and process traceability, a comprehensive, multi-level, and systematic professional assessment of the enterprise’s quality management system operation was carried out.
The review scope comprehensively covers the core business modules such as production and manufacturing, quality control, marketing, human resources, and equipment management of the company. During the review period, more than ten departments including the Technical Quality Center, Production Department, and Personnel Administration Department of the company, with a highly responsible attitude and systematic preparation, jointly completed the submission of complete technical documents, real-time production data retrieval, and standardized on-site operation demonstrations, fully demonstrating the standardized management level of NEWSKY.
After a rigorous assessment, the experts of the review team unanimously confirmed that the quality management system of NEWSKY continues to meet the requirements of the ITAF 16949 standard, and granted it the permission to pass the first certification audit.
This audit is not only a comprehensive examination of the quality management work of NEWSKY, but also an important opportunity to promote the continuous improvement of the system. Although the audit has ended, the improvement of quality management will never stop.
